Build the quote from your service catalogue
Add service line items and parts from a pre-loaded catalogue. The quote total updates as you add items. No manual calculations.
Preview and send
The technician previews the full quote with line items, totals, and any notes. One tap sends it or presents it to the customer on-screen.
Customer signs on device
The customer reviews the quote on the technician's phone and signs with their finger. Signature captured, quote status moves to approved immediately. Available on all plans from launch.
Job moves to in progress
Once approved, the job card status updates. The team knows the work is authorised. Invoice is automatically generated when the job is completed.
Two ways to get a quote approved
On-device signature
Customer reviews the quote on the technician's phone and signs with their finger. No WhatsApp, no email, no waiting. Quote is approved before the tech leaves the site. Available on all plans.
Quote approval token
A secure, single-use link is sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email. They approve with one tap — no login, no account needed. Link expires after 48 hours. Ideal when the decision-maker is not on site.
Verbal approval audit trail
When a customer approves a quote verbally on site, the system records the exact timestamp, technician ID, and GPS location as an audit record. An automatic confirmation is sent to the customer. WhatsApp delivery of that confirmation is coming in the Phase 1 fast-follow release. The audit trail record itself is captured at launch.
Frequently asked questions
Can customers approve a quote without being on site?
Yes. Secure quote approval links can be sent via WhatsApp or email. The customer approves with a single tap — no login required. Links expire after 48 hours. This remote approval feature is coming soon (Phase 1 release).
How does on-device signature approval work?
The technician hands the customer their phone. The customer reviews the quote total and signs directly on screen. The signature is linked to the job card as an uneditable record. Available on all plans from launch.
What number format do quotes use?
Quotes are numbered sequentially as QTE-YYYYMMDD-NNNN — for example, QTE-20260315-0001.
What happens after a customer approves a verbal quote?
Verbal approvals are recorded with a timestamp, the technician ID, and GPS location. An automatic confirmation message is sent to the customer. WhatsApp delivery of that confirmation is coming in the Phase 1 fast-follow release.
