Pricing FAQ

How does the per-technician pricing work?

Each plan has a base platform fee plus a monthly per-technician fee. For example, Starter costs R999/mo base + R349/technician/mo. There are no included technicians — every technician seat is charged at the per-technician rate.

What counts as a technician?

A technician is any active user in your account who uses the mobile app or is assigned to work orders. Dispatchers and admin users are also counted towards your team seat limit. You can deactivate users at any time and add new ones within your plan limits.

Can I change plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to all features on your chosen plan during the trial period.

Do you charge in USD?

No. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Your subscription is charged in ZAR and all invoices are issued in ZAR via PayFast.

What about VAT?

All prices shown on this page exclude VAT. South African VAT at 15% will be added at checkout for VAT-registered businesses. You can toggle the calculator above to see prices inclusive of VAT.

How does annual billing work?

Annual billing gives you 17% off — equivalent to 2 months free. You are charged the full annual amount upfront. Annual plans cannot be refunded mid-cycle but you can cancel renewal at any time.

Are there any setup or onboarding fees?

None. Onboarding, training, and initial setup assistance are included at no extra cost on all plans.
