Per-technician inventory

Each technician has their own van stock record. Geyser thermostats, copper fittings, circuit breakers — whatever your technicians carry — tracked separately per person.

Deduct parts per job

When a technician completes a job, they select the parts used from their mobile app. Stock is deducted automatically. No spreadsheets. No end-of-week guessing.

Low-stock alerts

Set a reorder threshold for each part. When stock drops to or below that level, an alert goes to the dispatcher immediately. Restock before the next job needs that part.

Full stock movement history

Every addition and deduction is recorded — which part, which technician, which job, which date. Full accountability for every item that leaves the storeroom.

Frequently asked questions

Which plans include van stock management?

Van stock is available on Professional (from R1 999/mo base + R499/technician) and Enterprise (from R4 999/mo base + R699/technician) plans. It is not included on the Starter plan.

How does stock get deducted per job?

Technicians select parts used from their van stock list when completing a job on the mobile app. The deduction is made from that technician's stock count automatically.

When do low-stock alerts trigger?

Each part has a reorder threshold set by the manager. When a deduction brings the count at or below that threshold, an alert is sent to the dispatcher.

Can each technician have their own separate stock?

Yes. Each technician (and their assigned van) has their own independent stock record. Deductions from Tech A's van do not affect Tech B's counts.
